I’ve always believed that a good community is an act of love — the quiet kind of leadership that makes big things possible without ever standing in the spotlight.
My path didn’t start in tech or management — it began in Political Science (International Relations) at Chulalongkorn University, where I graduated in 2022.
Honestly, it wasn’t the path I fell in love with.
I was never the perfect student.
Not the top of the class.
But I’ve always tried to be honest with myself — to accept my mistakes, to improve quietly, and to show up again, better than before.
I’m sure that who I am today is better than who I was a year ago — and that’s enough for me.
That mindset shaped the way I work.
I’ve learned to turn pressure into structure, and chaos into calm (a little bit)
I love being behind the scenes — building systems, connecting people, and supporting leaders to move forward with clarity and empathy.
Leadership, I’ve come to realize, isn’t about being loud or perfect.
It’s about patience.
It’s about staying grounded when things get messy — and learning to make progress with heart.
Because everyone deserves to be supported, understood,
and guided
