Behind the Scenes of the Thailand–GBA Investment Gateway 2025: Unlock EEC Opportunities — “Real teamwork means listening to each other when everyone’s exhausted.”
More than just preparing for an event, it was about getting to know each other better.

.
Before the preparation began, our boss gathered the secretary team and said something that became our guiding principle throughout this journey.
“落实 (luò shí)” — to make it happen.
The message was simple but powerful:
“Do whatever it takes to turn the executives’ vision into reality.
Find the process and figure out the way.
If you hit a wall, speak up, ask for help, and work together until it’s done.”
That one word, luò shí, became our compass — guiding every meeting, every document, and every late night — reminding us that ideas shouldn’t just stay on paper, but should come to life.

1. Not perfect, but always adaptable
We know we’re not perfect.
But what we do well is learning fast and keeping an open mind — always listening to each other and adapting along the way.
That mindset turned the preparation for the Thailand–GBA Investment Gateway 2025
into one of the most challenging yet heartwarming experiences we’ve had.
It wasn’t just about organizing a national-level event.
It was about learning how different people think, communicate, and work —
from government agencies and private partners to the behind-the-scenes team that made everything move in sync.
.
2. No detail is ever too small
From the very first internal meeting, drafting the agenda, reviewing bilingual documents (Thai–Chinese–English),
to finalizing protocols and preparing signing materials —
every step was filled with details that required patience, teamwork, and trust.
Some nights we stayed late.
Some mornings started before sunrise.
But through it all, no one was ever left alone.
We moved forward together.
.
3. Coordination is the art of listening
Coordination isn’t just about passing messages.
It’s about listening to understand each person’s intention,
and then translating it in a way that the next person can truly connect with.
Everyone has their own pressures, reasons, and perspectives.
But when we choose to listen instead of rush to judge,
that’s when real collaboration happens — and a team grows stronger without needing to be told to.
.
Thank you to everyone who made this possible.
With love,
Emily (Kaiwan)
